Hello Lab folks. Here is a link to the Shewanella sp. ANA-3 genome browser that is hosted on Todd Lowe’s Archdev server. We have multiple genome alignments of many of the other Shewanellas. This is tremendously useful comparative analysis tool. I also added some custom tracks for the arsenic genomic island and metal reduction gene clusters. Here is the link to the developmental browser.
